Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oplica. We take pride in the quality of our artificial jewellery and strive to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched yet.

- To cancel your order, please email us at oplica.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number.

- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Â
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind

- Size or style preferences
Â
- Products without original packaging

3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products bought on clearance, discount, or during sales are final and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your product is eligible for return, you may request a refund and place a new order.
