At Oplica, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do our best to deliver high-quality artificial jewellery, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy below for a clear understanding of when and how to return an item.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after receiving the product.
Size or style preference issues.
Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged or wrong).
Products that have been used, worn, or tampered with.
3. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to get another item, please:
Follow the return process (if eligible).
Once the return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at oplica.jewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product showing the issue.
Wait for approval and further instructions from our team.
You may be required to ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
